Summary: I switched from PC to Mac with Windows 7 running as a guest operating system a few months ago. Before making the switch, it was important to me that I knew the webcam I had would work well on the Mac side since I teach biology online and use the webcam and the online classroom's webcam function to do the dissection walk-throughs. The original Logitech auto-focus webcam I had was reported by the manufacturer as being compatible.
Summary: I got this cam for my MacBook Pro because the built-in iSight sucks. I am an adult webcam model so I needed something with a lot better quality after receiving many complaints about the iSight from my clients. I use this camera 5 days a week if not more, and the quality is excellent. It took me a long time to find a Mac comaptible high-quality camera.
Summary: This worked plug and play with my OS X home made build. Works with all software - Skype, Gchat, etc. People I have chatted with have told me the image is sharp, the mic is great for calls and installation was a breeze.

Summary: We originally bought this for Skype but now I use it to talk to people on Google voice from my computer (you go into google voice settings and tell it to use this for the mic) It's an amazing picture quality. Everyone I talk to on Skype tells me how awesome it looks. Best webcam I have ever bought! And i've purchase 3 before for windows.
Summary: Simple, simple, simple. This is a true plug and play. The camera worked right out of the box. Has been in use for over a month now and not a single exception to note. Video and audio quality is excellent.
Summary: as it claims it is plug and play compatible with ichat, skype, facetime for mac (BETA), and quicktime. the mic picks up sound wonderfully and the video is great on a good connection speed. automatically switches from streaming HD out is the connection slows or is slow and will kick back onto HD broadcast when capable.
Summary: I ordered 2 of these cameras and they have been flawless with both our Mac Mini and my work PC. No problems, no software to install - they just work. We set up Skype accounts and had no trouble getting going right away.
Summary: Great for videoconferencing via iChat and Skype on my Mac Mini. Zero setup and the microphone captures sounds perfectly clearly even when talking from the next room over. I've never had any problems with echoes or interference.
Summary: I'm not one to write reviews, so this will be short. I used to try to make my Orbit AF work with my Mac. It was a headache and half the time I would spend up to an hour trying to get it even work. Then came along Snow Leopard and that was the complete ending of my hate affair with trying to make the Logitech Orbit AF work with my Mac. So after a little research I took the leap of faith and bought the Logitch QuickCam Vision Pro for Mac from Amazon.
