Summary: The title says it all. I have Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit operating system running on an Intel i7 920 processor. Logitech's camera software will not install correctly. You can't get a picture at all. I spent over an hour on the phone with Logitech Support and also corresponded via emails. The net effect was no help. Their software gives Script Errors, Not Win32 application errors, and it thinks I am running an AMD 32 bit processor.
Cons: Overly large software package, lacks elementary documentation. Logitech tech support is slow (their phone system continues to be down!!!), is provided by people for whom English is a second language, and offer pre-canned scripts for "answers"
Cons: Never could get the mircophone to work. Online help from Logitech was useless. Now my computer takes longer to boot up and the sound wizard errors out. Spent several hours trying to make it function.
Summary: After following the exact procedures to install the webcam and upload the software, I had high hopes it would work. It does work affter you upload and reuplload and reupload the software every time you need to uuse it to make an internet call with video. I bought it to communicate with my daughter and granddaughter but have to spend to much time reuploading software to make it worth while as it is.
Pros: Nice picture when it works, which isn't very often.
Cons: Continually have to reload software every time you restart your machine to get it to work.

Pros: Well, I guess you could say that this webcam has a built in mic so you don't have to spend more money to buy one?
Cons: The picture quality is horrible, absolutely horrible. I replaced it once thinking the first one was defective. It freezes in Skype, Gmail, Yahoo/Window Messenger. It's an absolute piece of crap. Oh, did I mention that it's an absolute piece of crap?!
