  • Summary: I have a Quickcam Pro 4000 at work which works fantastically well, quality of sound and picture is great. So because I'm off travelling for work soon I thought let me get a camera for home so I could keep in touch with my family. I bought the Quickcam Pro 5000 expecting great things. Sure enough the image quality and sound were much improved and my kids enjoyed the gimicky software that comes with it. Great I thought, everything worked fine for a few days then WHAM ....
