Summary: I bought two of these as my fiance is visiting her ailing parents and we wanted to see each other and free up the phone lines (we can talk for hours!) We both love the cam, but have had the same error messages on both computers and various problems that seem to be related to the software.

Summary: Perhaps science fiction has set the bar too high, but this purchase didn't do much for me. First off, the files created/used by this thing are really clumsy. There are tech-savvy reviews that will give you the details, but the end result for the user is a slow refresh rate and picture degradation.

Summary: I purchased this item to have a high end webcam. All my clients raved about the quality of the picture while using skype. However, when I used the face tracking features it did not work. Also, I think the software is not up to par considering the cost of this item.
