Excerpt: The original Fusion has been redesigned. You can tell the new camera by the square box with a clear top. The old packaging was all transparent plastic somewhat rounded. While on a trip recently, I found I had left my portable camera at home so decided to try out the new Fusion.
Pros: Very good quality image, Extremely good image in very low light, Good mounting system, Light weight cord, Mega pixel image sensor, USB 2, Fast frame update
Cons: Fixed focus lens, Couldn't get avatars to work (fixed in new software), Can be difficult to color balance if room colors are unusual, No swivel with mounting bracket

Summary: There's a lot to admire about the QuickCam Fusion. Logitech has introduced a great feature set and some interesting technologies. Sure, you'll have to pay a fair whack for the package, but quality doesn't come cheap.
