If you're not in a natural light, it's HORRIBLE quality.

Summary: When my package arrived, I opened it up, and found just the webcam. No note, no instructions, nothing. The original box comes with the software cd (doesn't work without the software downloaded), instructions, ect. I plugged it in, and had no idea how to get it working. Eventually, I gave up, and was planning on returning it (I still might.) But I went back to the amazon page I bought it from, and I found the website. Luckily, the website had the software I needed.
Summary: I had a difficult time with the audio. I had to call Logitech to get assistance and with that I still was not able to get it started. There was no information included in the box for me to read if I had a problem. Not business like.
Summary: Comments about Logitech QuickCam Connect Webcam: Quite good but useless if ever by chance you lost its setup and software cd... you wont get the drivers ever again free of cost from any downloadable site ...you'll have to buy again.
Summary: The quality of the pix on the computer with this camera is very poor, but I don't lnow if it is the camera, the computer or Skype-or if this is the state of the art of video at this time. It's better than nothing.
Summary: Not that great for Vista 64 Bit. You must upgrade your drivers before you install. Does not play well with MS Messenger. And this camera has limited support from Logitech. It Does work if you are willing to tinker with it for hours.. IE> D/L various drivers.. And can handle it not working i all software products.. Save the headache and the time. Recommend getting a newer camera.
