Works great on Skype!

I purchased this for my parents to use on Skype. This camera drew my attention because it was easy to use, worked on Windows XP Home edition, and had a built-in microphone. The audio from the microphone is surprisingly good, and the camera quality is certainly good enough to use for video conferencing. I wouldn't use it to shoot a movie or take hi-res pictures, but it's good for Skype. Read more

Since I've only seen two webcams in action, I don't have a lot of experience with them, but the Logitech Quickcam 3000 has worked great for us. No needed driver, easy-to-open (and recyclable!) packaging, and a great picture make this a great purchase. Read more

We feel that Logitech products are useful and fit very well into our home. The Logitech Quick Cam 3000 is exciting technology that allows us to keep in touch with our loved ones in the military who are stationed over seas.Along with other family members that live out of state.
