Very easy to install and use videocamera for laptop computers
7 July 2014
Summary: Very easy to install and use video camera for notebook computers. It has a spring latch attachment to allow the camera to sit on the top of your laptop screen. It connects to a USB port and immediatly searches for any software updates for the device online when it is activated.
Summary: Extremely high quality picture. I went through two cameras before using this one for Skype, and the person I was chatting with couldn't exclaim enough on how much clearer the picture was. I don't use the built-in microphone (I have a Sennheiser headset), but it seemed to be good quality when tested.
Summary: Works well with my computer. I installed it with Windows 7 and recently I upgraded to Windows 8 and it still works great with good picture and sound quality on Skype. Good item if you need a Webcam.
Summary: This is a good little camera for the money. I wouldn't expect portrait quality from a camera in this price range, but for the Skyping we do, it's great. Have had no problems and it's easy to install and use.
Summary: When I Skyped with my son, whose serving a tour in Afghanistan, I noticed the poor quality of the video from his cam. After finding out that he bought it in 2007, I knew what I could get him as a gift. I did a lot of research before purchasing this one.
Summary: Quality is ok for low resolution pictures and video but the highest quality makes the video slower and it skips. The downside was the very short cable which is maybe 2 or less feet long. It might be good for laptops but not for PCs or Macs. I use it occasionally for skype so it meets my needs.
Summary: Video guality is very good, audio is very good, software set-up ran smooth. However, the webcam can not be clipped to the top of a desktop monitor. It's a small clip and will only fit a laptop. It does come with a plastic pedestal.
