Summary: I purchased this for video conference calls and had a few unpleasant surprises. First, I have a mac pro and the included software is not mac compatible. I assume there is some included software that enables you to change camera settings (brightness, contrast, focus, etc) but I wouldn't know, as there is no compatibility with mac. The camera did work however the light sensitivity is terrible.
Summary: I purchased this camera after reading customer reviews that indicated that it was MAC compatible but I was very disappointed to find, after it arrived, that it is NOT. If you're looking for MAC OS X compatibility this is NOT the camera for you. When I tried to download the program onto my computer using the included disk it kept asking me what program I wanted to open it with.

Summary: Got this cam for Vista Ultimate, and thinking it was Plug and Play, ended up being Plug and Pray. I didn't want to spend the rest of my life calling tech support or playing with Windows...so I sent the cam back. I am sure the cam works, but poor ole Windows....they should get their act together too someday before I die.
Summary: I bought this camera because it mentioned a wide angle view. You should know that almost all decent web cams have about the same angle. The software that is included on the CD is unstable, and you'll have better luck downloading the installation file from their site. If you are running anything newer than XP SP2, you have to run the installation in compatibility mode (XP SP3) just to get the software to install. This seems very outdated.
