Flimsy, barely ok technology when this was a new product in the market

Summary: Easy to install and use. Three legged setup did not work well on CRT or LCD that well. One of the front legs broke off fairly easily and had to rely on tapes to hold it in place. Software that came with it was the quiet useful though it did not work well with some of the messengers all the time. Camera adjustment dial was hard to use. Too hard and slippery to use.
Summary: Pros: Good price, acceptable image quality. Cons: You cannot locate the driver for xp system on the official creative web site, which makes this product like a one-time web camera -- you can only install it on a computer after you bought it because that's the time driver CD is available. I would rate zero for such a web site and any product supported by it.
Summary: I got this for $10, but it was too much. This webcam provides very poor quality video. Even with things close-up, you will never get the picture focused enough to be better than blurry. I had no trouble with installation of software with WinXP.
Summary: ok be careful with vista. officially creative does not have a vista driver for this one. creative does support vista on other products. this is too old. Microsoft will say it is not compatible with this camera at all. the last driver for it was xp 64 bit. it is hard to find it now. If you have vista you can get it to work with some tweaking. simply download the right driver for your system x86 or x64 in XP format.
