Summary: I bought this webcam because I was able to get it at a steep discount - only about $10. For a webcam in that price range it's fine. I might not have been so satisfied if I'd paid something closer to the original MSRP.
Summary: This webcam works perfect in a costumer eMac G4 (no drivers needed). PhotoBooth, Skype, Perfect!! Isn't the better image quality, but is enough for an old computer. The looks like: If was made for each other. The bad. The shipping package weighs the double than the specifications.
Summary: I am having problems with my camera not comming through clearly. It was pixlating and then it was blurry. 73VF027000000. Bought one for my son and his family at the same time. They came through to me fine.
Summary: THE PICTURE QUALITY ON THIS CAMERA IS A HORRID MESS!!!!!!! IT'S SO DARK, I CAN'T EVEN SEE MYSELF EVEN AFTER ADJUSTING THE BRIGHTNESS/CONTRAST. I WAS USING A MICROSOFT LIFECAM HD AND THAT CAM IS MUCH CHEAPER AND PICTURE QUALITY IS 10000 LIGHTYEARS BETTER!!! THIS IS CRAP.
Summary: And once the drivers are installed and the camera is running the resolution is not at all impressive. 30 days after you install the drivers a window pops up reminding you to register the product, even if you *did* already register it.
Summary: This is the best camera in this price range I've used. It has good resolution and light control. It's truly plug and play. I did install the creative software because it has some good tools including motion activated alerts for monitoring and face tracking technology.
Summary: I got this webcam for my 14 year old daughter for Christmas to use on Bebo. She say's it is awesome and she is really having lot's of fun with the special affects. I would highly recommend this product. Setup took a while but no glitches.
Summary: I was very happy with this creative webcam. It works very well with my windows xp. Very easy to manipulate. The photo manager it came with is pretty neat too. I use it instead of regular windows explorer viewing.
