Summary: It set up right away with Face Time but I've had some trouble getting it to work with Skype. Hopefully, I'll figure that out soon. Clean, neat little camera, matches the rest of the mac products, tiny by gives a great picture.
Summary: works beautifully ... very flexible. The one i bought didn't come with a stand. I thought I'd be able to make due with something from around the house ... as it turns out, it will probably be easier to just buy a stand.
Summary: Maybe an oldie, but still a goody. Solid build, great image quality, and total apple functionality. If you can find one at a good price (i.e. sold by someone who isn't trying to gouge you just because it is an apple product), it is worth buying. I think I gave $35 for mine...NEW.
Summary: You might need a firewire plug adapter to plug it in on some model Mac computers. These cameras only last 2 or three years with heavy use. They burn out or just quit working . I am on my third one. This tells you how much I like these cameras. Really good closeup pictures .
Old, but at least it works part of most of the time.

Summary: I purchased this webcam after the Logitech webcam (that cost a considerable amount more) failed to work effectively during web conferences . I needed something that was more robust than the webcam available on my laptop, This old iSight was great, There are a few things I would for Apple to bring...
Summary: Let me first say that I'm taken aback by the outrageous prices being asked by private sellers here for new, unopened units. For something that originally retailed for $149, a $490+ asking price is a bit much. Sure, it's no longer in production and is basically a collectible item now but still...
Summary: So i am not sure if they stopped making i-sights because new MacBooks have it built in or because it was some kind of health hazard, either way i needed it and so do thousands of apple owners. Thanks for the fast transaction.
