Summary: Got new from Timex 6/09 battery lasted 11 months and gasket failed when I tried to replace it. Loved it while it worked, great display & weather predictor. Went back to Suunto, but I'm thinking of getting another Timex.
Summary: I have the orange one and may get the green camo one. It's easy to see and the "indiglo" works fine. It's kind of hard for me anyway, to calibrate. I'll figure it out however. I've had this watch for a couple years at least and the battery is still working. Great battery life I'd say. I am not an adventure type person but like the looks of these bigger watches. Timex has always had a great product.
Summary: I have had my WS4 for over a year. I have used all the functions. I have never had some many people comment on any watch I have worn and I have a ton of them. Would buy again in a new your minute!
Summary: Cumple con su descripcion, la temperatura se puede graduar en Centigrados y Farenheit, es bastante preciso en sus calculos, tambien es facil de operar, el manual que trae es bastante detallado de las funciones del reloj.
Summary: I absolutely love this watch. It feels big on the wrist, the strap is reasonably flexible and yet, tough enough to distribute the weight of the enormous face. The features are simply great: you just need to follow the instructions on the booklet and you are all set. It worked like a dream when I had been on a mountain trip couple of weeks ago and I can't wait to go on another one just so that I can use this watch again.
Summary: This watch its not just A watch, is The Watch. I had before several items from this category and I know what I'm saying. Those people who were disappointed, (I'm sorry guys), but this happens if somebody doesn't know how to use a watch like this. As soon as I got it, I calibrated the compass and I compared with a professional tool, a GPS and was very accurate right from the beginning. the other functions responded as well as the compass.
Summary: I could not ever warm up to this watch. First its like wearing a grapefruit on your arm. It never took a calibration for altitude, barometer was innaccurate, paging thru the screens was annoying, and the backlight lasted too short. I used a standard compass right next to this, and it was off up to 60 degrees. I like to BC ski, adventure race, and do bike touring.
