Backlight died after two months... cute watch though

Summary: This watch is really cute and matches everything. It does slide down my wrist though and I don't even have small wrists! I got this watch two months ago, and the backlight quit the other day. The watch is still ticking along, so I'm not going to bother to return it, but a feature like that should work for more than two months.
Summary: My wife has had this watch for 3/4 of a year. It looks great and she really likes it, except for the fact that it won't keep accurate time. It started losing time a couple of months after she got it. She had the battery replaced, and it kept time for a little while, then started losing time again. Today she missed an appointment because it was 20 minutes slow. We'll try changing the battery again, but all in all it seems as if something is really wrong with this watch.
Summary: I was looking for a dressy/casual style indiglo watch, with a case smaller than the EZ Reader line. This fit the bill. The only problem is that I like to wear the watch on the side of my wrist, and with this watch, it doesn't lay flat like other Timex watches that I have had. Also, I had to bring it in to Walmart to have some links taken out. All in all, I'm happy with my purchase.
Battery died in 3 months, not covered under warranty

Summary: I purchased this watch for my mother and the battery died in 3 months. I am not sure if amazon had these watches for a while and therefore old stock, but Timex wants $10.00 to replace the battery and says it is not covered under any warranty. It will cost me more to send it for service. Overall a waste of $35.00. Next time I will purchase a watch from a company that will guarantee the "entire" watch including battery for at least the first year.
Summary: I have very narrow wrists, so most watches look way too bulky on me. This one is classy and feminine, not too big. I have had a Timex watch before that the battery life was excellent on and I trust that it will be the case with this one also. My skin is very sensitive to metal alloys like nickel and copper, so I was careful to buy a watch that stated that both the bracelet and the back of the plate were made of stainless steel and I have not had any problems with...
Summary: This is the prettiest lighted timex I have ever had. The bracelet is unusual and pretty. I love the mother of pearl background. It fits perfectly. I bought one for my daughter However her wrist is thinner and it is too loose.
Great watch, very durable, and can be worn with anything

Summary: I've had this watch for about two years now, and I still like it more than any of the others available out there on the market for under $200. It's a perfect fit, looks good with anything that you wear, and the feature that allows the face to light up at night is really nice also. My only complains would be that it must be taken to a watch repair shop for the adjustable band to be fitted for you. However, this is a fairly quick and painless process.
Summary: This watch was exactly what I needed; as a college student who also works part time, I needed something that was classic and simple that could go from class to work and back again. The face is very easy to read, and I love the light-up function. I knocked it down a star because it fits slightly large on my wrist.
Summary: I e-mailed Timex...their answer? "Expansion links are not designed to be removed" Degree of difficulty if you decide to remove the links..8 out of 10. In other words, don't buy this watch if you have a small wrist!
