Summary: This watch is a GREAT product, AND was a perfect one from this seller. I had a previous one for ten years, and is STILL functional, but the face is so scratched up, you could hardly see anything...but not because of the quality but because I am so active...horse trainer, farmer, search and rescue, medical technologist. THe watch was on me 24/7...(well almost). The digital compass was it's most important feature for me.
Summary: This watch is awesome and perfect for those who what a lot of functions for a watch. Is 3 alarms, digital compass, hydratation mode and all classics functions. Is design are sober and give a perfect look for wearing. for me is a great watch and I recommend it. Sold for me by MrWatch who gave me a great support all along this transaction.
Summary: I started looking at casio but they didn't seem to have a straight forward compass watch at a reasonable price - who needs all the other gadgets like altimeters etc. I did think this Timex model had the 'virtual' compass needle but this is the cheaper version - it still works fine by seeing the blocks that move around the outer ring. Its easy to read - robust and has a few time zones and alarms for travelling. It is 300 metre waterproof I think so better than average.
Summary: I've had a Timex compass watch for a few years now and I was gutted when the light on it stopped working. I had owned it for 6 years and this was the first thing to go wrong on a watch that cost £20 when i bought it. I had a look around, but assumed that Timex had stopped making compass watches - they are useful for me as I do a lot of walking and also find them useful to orientate myself when emerging from a previously unused tube station.
