Just what I wanted

Summary: Watchband is just what I wanted however the spring bar that was included does not fit the watch. They are too long. Couldnt use the old spring bars. They were bent when I removed them. Had to order the spring bars seperatly. Ordered an assorted box as I'm not sure what size I actually need.
Summary: I envy the eye-hand coordination and perserverance of others who have succeeded in installing this replacement band; but I do not have these skills and an hour of my time is worth more than the cost of a new watch.
I Took The "Licking" But My Watch Is Still Ticking
23 December 2011
Summary: As stated in most other reviews, the pins were too long. I had to re-use the old pins. The band itself is an exact replacement. Based on the price of a plastic watchband, it is not a very good value for your buck, but if you want an exact replacement what else are you gonna do?
Summary: As repeated in other reviews, the pins are too long to physically fit into the watch. The band is identical to the old one. The old band lasted about two years before tearing in half. I imagine the new band will do the same.
Summary: I had a hard time getting my old band off so I just went to a jewelry store and they charged me $2.00 to install the new one. After spending over an hour trying to remove the old one, it took them about 30 seconds.
Summary: I had to replace the old band for my Timex that seems to keep taking a licking and keeps on ticking. This watch band is just like the original. If that is what you are looking for you will be happy.
Summary: I love my Timex watch. The old mantra (it keeps a lickin and keeps on tickin) still is in effect for my Ironman Watch. The watch is ~$50 and this strap is a little under half of that. 1. DON'T THROW AWAY YOUR OLD PINS -- You will need your old ones. 2. The supplied pins are too long.
Summary: I recieved my replacement band in about 5 days, considering I'm stationed in Kuwait I thought it was rather quick. The only complaint I have is the replacement pins that came with the band are to big for my watch. I had to use the old ones from my band. Otherwise works great.
Summary: I spent an agonizing 1 1/2 hours trying to replace the band with the included "pins". When I used the slightly damaged old pins, it took 30 seconds. I never expected that the pieces might not be a workable size.
