Summary: Looks beautiful. Came quick. Service was fast affordable and now i can use my favorite watch again! It takes a little work to squeeze the pins together and to get the nice new full springy rubber to squish down for you. But after the 10-15 minute instal it looks and works great!
Summary: I purchased this watchband for my iron man 50 lap watch thinking it would fit. Well if you are planning of doing this then buy the watchband but you have to customize it a little. When putting the watch band on the 50 lap Ironman watch you will have to cut the tips of the end were the pin goes (the...
Summary: The band did not fit my watch. Trying to find out the correct band and return the incorrect one is unbelieveably tortuous. I still have the misfit. Who'd have guessed the "16mm" was the atachment area and not the band width? So my "20mm, SHOCK, Ironman, Triathalon, etc.", has no replacement band.
Summary: After looking at all of the confusing different models of Ironman watchbands, I called the Timex service center at 800.328.2677. They had me read a 3-digit model # off the back of the watch. Then for $8 they mailed me the correct Timex band (It took about a week to arrive).
Summary: I bought two of these, one for my son's watch, and one for an older watch that my husband had been using. The bands are performing well. It did take more effort than expected to force the pins to click into place, but I did manage; I had to use a knife handle b/c my fingers weren't doing the trick.
Summary: I have had the T53151 Ironman watch for over 5 years now and my wrist band finally broke. I went to wal-mart to see if they sold replacement bands, but they only had some made my a different company. I'm sure they wouldn't last as long or fit right.
Summary: After reading the Amazon reviews before I bought this I was nervous the watch wouldn't fit or be extremely had to put on. I found the watch band to be a perfect match, and it wasn't too difficult to put on. I used a very small screwdriver and patience.
Summary: The band was received and taken to a jeweler for installation, and at that time we found that the band was not as advertised and was not the correct one for my Timex Ironman 30 lap watch. Next time I'll be more careful about accepting what is written when the picture was not easily identified.
