Summary: As a past Corporate Computer Network Administrator, you should know the process for updating this Watch is do convoluted, I decided to not even attempt it. If it goes wrong, your Watch could be "toast."
Summary: 1) it was very large and heavy. 2) Most important we could not get it to lock onto a satellite to work. the clock worked fine, but the other features did not. 3) It was difficult to find the instructions on how to charge it, and other important info on working it.
