Summary: This would be an ENTUSIASTIC 5-star rating if the wrist band was readily available. No retailer has this band, including the retail Timex stores I have visited. Nonetheless, the versatility and reliability of this timepiece is outstanding. This is my second one of these watches.
Summary: Not only is the Expedition Easy Set Alarm the best watch Timex ever made for a man, this is the best watch ever made by any company, in terms of practicality, accuracy, and price. I bought one years ago, and it still functions like new (I had the battery replaced just once).
Summary: I love this watch and show it to all my student nurses as it has a great alarm. Truly "set it and forget it". I use it for all the odd times medications. It is loud enough to use as an alarm clock on vacation. The indiglo button is bright enough to show the outline of furniture during power outages.
Summary: I have owned numerous alarm watches and this is by far the easiest alarm to set. Plus, it is tough watch. I work outside in the elements and for over a year the watch has stood up to everything I'm exposed to ... dust, dirt, mud, rain, ice, snow ...
Summary: Bought this watch about two years ago. Still think it's one of best looking watches I have ever owned! LOVE putting it on when I use it as my "dress" watch. The alarm function comes in handy, and is easy to use. Now for the downside..
Summary: I HAVE BOUGHT MORE THAN TEN OF THESE WATCHES, 4 I KEEP THE REST AS GIFTS. THEY WERE GIFTS AFTER I SHOWED THEM TO FRIENDS AND THEIR REPLY IS USUALLY SOMETHING LIKE "THAT WATCH IS COOL, IT'S ABOUT TIME !!!
Summary: I'm a nurse. Always need/love help reminding me when it's time to do something. I've had 3 so far and RELY on the timer function which is so easy to set. Glad there's a "medium" size so I don't have to use the big "mens" diameter.
Summary: Ever since I saw the first “Easy Set Alarm Watch” commercial years ago on television, I knew this was the perfect watch for me. I’ve owned seven of these watches since then (with four currently surviving), and still think it is the ideal watch!
Summary: Analog alarm watches (mechanical or quartz) used to be fairly common, but are now somewhat rare. Timex makes a very nice quartz model that you set with a bezel and a two detent alarm knob. Either as a 12 hour alarm or a 60 minute timer.
