Best watch ever made

Summary: Not only is the Expedition Easy Set Alarm the best watch Timex ever made for a man, this is the best watch ever made by any company, in terms of practicality, accuracy, and price. I bought one years ago, and it still functions like new (I had the battery replaced just once). The alarm feature is much faster and easier to set than on a digital watch. I have used it to wake me up in the morning, make sure that I make all my appointments, and time cooking on the stove..
Summary: This would be an ENTUSIASTIC 5-star rating if the wrist band was readily available. No retailer has this band, including the retail Timex stores I have visited. Nonetheless, the versatility and reliability of this timepiece is outstanding. This is my second one of these watches. I have had these for at least 15 years. It is the only watch I wear, and I like the durability, appearance, readability of it, the easy-set alarm, and the indiglo feature.
Summary: I love this watch and show it to all my student nurses as it has a great alarm. Truly "set it and forget it". I use it for all the odd times medications. It is loud enough to use as an alarm clock on vacation. The indiglo button is bright enough to show the outline of furniture during power outages.
Summary: I have owned numerous alarm watches and this is by far the easiest alarm to set. Plus, it is tough watch. I work outside in the elements and for over a year the watch has stood up to everything I'm exposed to ... dust, dirt, mud, rain, ice, snow ... as one of the old Timex commercials said, "take a licken and keeps on ticken.".Battery life, comfortable, easy to read, Performance, reliable, Rugged, Value, easy to set & use alarmTough easy to use alarm watch. ...
Summary: Bought this watch about two years ago. Still think it's one of best looking watches I have ever owned! LOVE putting it on when I use it as my "dress" watch. The alarm function comes in handy, and is easy to use. Now for the downside...Although the watchband is attractive and being water resistant often comes in handy, I've had to use some glue to keep it together more than once.
Summary: Analog alarm watches (mechanical or quartz) used to be fairly common, but are now somewhat rare. Timex makes a very nice quartz model that you set with a bezel and a two detent alarm knob. Either as a 12 hour alarm or a 60 minute timer. It's accurate, loud enough to use as a travel alarm(plus the dial lights up with the alarm tone), reasonably priced and durable.
Summary: I have been reduced to wearing this huge men's watch. The geek in me loves the Indiglo feature, the pratical woman loves the easy set alarm, but I cannot find it in a woman's watch. This will be my third, they just do not seem to handle battery changes well, that has been the death of the previous two watches. Still I give this watch 5 stars, because I am tough on watches, love the features and need the water resistance.
Summary: I travel a lot between time zones and need an alarm. This watch is the best in simplicity and convenience for resetting zones and alerting me. The bells and whistles of most other alarm watches are needless complexities.
Summary: I HAVE BOUGHT MORE THAN TEN OF THESE WATCHES, 4 I KEEP THE REST AS GIFTS. THEY WERE GIFTS AFTER I SHOWED THEM TO FRIENDS AND THEIR REPLY IS USUALLY SOMETHING LIKE "THAT WATCH IS COOL, IT'S ABOUT TIME !!! IF YOU DISCONTINUE THIS TYPE OF TIMEX, INDIGLO, EASY SET ALARM, YOU WOULD HAVE IN FACT PROVED THAT YOU HAVE NO INSTINCT WHATSOEVER. I DONT CARE WHAT THE SALES SHEETS SAY. NOTE ALL THE REVIEWS FOR THIS GREAT , SUPER EASY USEFUL TIMEPIECE.
