Summary: It's pretty straight forward. This watch doesn't really have any bells or whistles. It tells the time and stays on your wrist - the basic things one can expect from a wrist watch. It's only 4 stars out of five because I would have liked a little longer of a strap. I'm just at the longest setting, but admittedly, I have pretty big wrists.
Summary: The numbers are smaller than I would have expected. The date in particular is very hard to see. On the plus side, the band is very comfortable and it was easy to set up. Not sure what I will do with it, probably give it away to someone with better eyesight.
Summary: I bought this watch as a "sports/toss-around" watch to wear when doing athletic activities and "manual-labor". I must say, my only two "complaints" are the crystal scratched pretty easily and I have a hard time seeing the date function in the dark, even with the INDIGLO feature. As far as the crystal scratching easily is concerned, I didn't really notice it until after spending a whole day in the woods cutting down trees and lugging wood around.
Summary: I'm not really a watch person, as I usually just look at me cell phone when I want to know what time it is. But that's a hassle when I'm out in the woods on my tractor, so I wanted something reasonably cheap that I could bang around a little bit. This works well for that. The band is easy to take on and off, and the material really sticks to your skin, so the watch doesn't slide around. The watch face is easy to see and read.
Summary: I love this watch! Keeps VERY good time. I also like the Velcro band. Gives me a nice snug fit which I like. Also allows you to put on the watch quickly. The indiglo back light lights up the whole face of the watch for great viewing in the darkest situations. I wanted a simple watch which just told the time and had a back light. This watch certainly fits the bill.
Summary: In choosing this watch I considered: - Price. - Sporty looks. - The fact that there are no painted surfaces outside the watch to peel off or fade with time. - The indiglo illumination. - The seconds hand. - The date feature. I liked the fact that the hour and minute hands glow in the dark without the use of the indiglo light. The only objection I found so far is the thickness.
Summary: This watch is what you are looking for if you want quality, durability, time and date. The strap is not made for small wrists, so if you have a smal wrist consider purchasing a smaller strap. What I do is use it way up before the wrist and it fits perfect, looks nice too. Its use is very simple, Indiglo, date and time set, are basics.
Summary: I have been buying Timex watches for years. They used to last longer but they are still a rugged watch. this is not a watch that will impress anyone with it's beauty but it functions great. The one thing i insist on is the velcro strap, perfect fit.
Summary: I am 67 years old and just wanted a plain old easy to read, easy to set, dependable watch. Well this is just what the Dr ordered. Nice big numbers and hands, that really glow in the dark and it keeps good time. Only improvement I would make would be to have the date window bigger, it is hard for old eyes to see sometimes. I love that it only has one button to mess with, that one does it all with a push getting u the bright back-light. My kind of watch!!!
