Summary: I have had this watch for 4 years of competitive swimming and just last month water started to leak into it. The one other problem that I had with it was that it lost color and the silver paint has come off but it didn't really effect me or the watch me. So overall a great watch.
Summary: Ok, I just spent forever trying to figure out how to set the time on this watch. I couldn't find it anywhere on Google, so for anyone else in the same boat, here it is: Hold down the Mode button until the Set Alarm mode starts (the alarm time will appear on the screen and it will be flashing). Then hit Mode AGAIN! That gets you into the Time Set mode.
Summary: I loved this watch, and I accidentally bought 2 when I purchased it, but decided to keep both as I tend to kill watches. The first one lasted almost a year, then a piece of the watch broke off that holds the band in place. Couldn't fix it. I had dropped it a couple times so figured it was my own fault. The second one lasted about 2 months. Again the watch itself broke where the band attaches. I had never dropped it. It just fell apart.
Summary: I purchased this watch simply because it was inexpensive. I was pleasantly surprised. I've now had it for 2 months and haven't had any problems. I really like the large numbers and the fact that it doesn't beep unnecessarily like many digital watches. I expected the watch to be a temporary fix until I could replace my Fossil I'd had for years, but I've fallen in love with it.
Summary: I usually like timex products but was very disappointed with this. The instructions for setting the date and time did not work at all. It took me over 2 hours to figure out how to get the time set and I am generally capaable of following directions. Also, there aren't enough holes in the watch band. The person I bought it for has a small wrist and the watch does not adjust small enough. There is plenty of room left to have more holes.
Summary: This watch is fine and definitely gets the job done. It doesn't look very high quality or expensive, but then again it is not expensive so that is to be expected. Basically it does a great job telling the time during my runs. A bit hard to set/adjust, but again for the price you can deal with that.
Summary: I really loved the color on this watch when I first bought it. Unfortunately within a week of wearing, the cute "almost glow-in-the-dark green" color band was turning brown. I tried everything to clean it. Soap and water, toothpaste on an electric toothbrush, Soft Scrub, BLEACH! Nothing would return it to it's original color. I still wear it, mostly because I MUST have a watch and I am very picky about which one I will buy.
Summary: Cute watch and it does what it is supposed to and I didn't think programing the time was so difficult. Drawbacks however are that it does tend to get dirty fast, and the time is only 24 hour analog time, something like that should have been made clear in the product description.
Summary: This watch is terrible. I bought this for my daughter. Within a week the band became horribly discolored. The band should be translucent green, but has mostly become what can only be described as flesh colored. It kind of looks like it was buried in red dirt for years. I first tried bleach, then Goof-Off, but nothing has helped. I learned my lesson - stick with the $7.99 Walmart watches. Very disappointing.
