Summary: Sometimes you can't truly evaluate a product until you have a problem. I'm pleased to say the after sales service was very quick courteous, and keen to learn from the problem for future upgrades. Mine was fixed remotely via my own PC which was a real blessing - not having to send it away for an uncertain outcome !
Summary: Used it today for the first time for a 3km pool swim in a 25m pool. It counted the laps with no problems, leaving me to concentrate on my swimming! Easy enough to set up, instructions are clear. A little chunky compared to a normal watch, but comfortable to wear and no impediment to swimming. The functionality is good, and I'd single out the very useful buzzer function as a highlight - it can be set to give you a regular alert based on laps, distance or time.
Summary: Up until I got the PoolMateHR my swimming sessions were boring. Was I swimming faster? Is that 1500 or 1600m now? Was that last set quicker or slower than last time? Am I getting better? How I wish my myopia did not prevent me from seeing the timing clock!
Summary: I swim about 7 to 8 miles a week. Keeping track of my laps is very important and hard to do at times. I found this watch to be extremely accurate in keeping my lap count. The quality of the watch is excellent. I have a very large wrist and the watch fit very well. If my wrist was small the band would fit just as good since my wife who is very small tried it on and it worked for her too.
Pros: Durable, Great Value, Attractive, Comfortable, High Quality, Adjustable, Versatile, Good Fit, accurate lap counting
