Summary: I DIDN'T BUY THIS WATCH ON AMAZON, BUT I WAS GIVEN ONE AS A GIFT. THE HARD PLASTIC BAND IS CHEAPLY MADE. IT WAS DIFFICULT TO BUCKLE RIGHT FROM DAY ONE BECAUSE IT'S NOT VERY FLEXIBLE. AND THEN THE ADJUSTABLE HOLES IN THE BAND STARTED CRACKING. A LOCAL JEWELER TOLD ME THAT HE COULDN'T REPLACE THE BAND WITH A REGULAR ONE DUE TO HOW THE COMPANY MADE THE CONNECTION FOR THE BAND. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT.
Summary: The watches are all that one expects from Swatch but w/o the Swatch warranty. The vendor says they have their own warranty and use Swatch for repairs so that it is the same thing, but since I haven't tried it, I don't know. This was #32 in my current Swatches, and it's the 1st w/o a warranty. They said that it was because they were cheaper than the dealer, but they weren't; they just had free shipping. Only time (no pun intended) will tell if this was a good buy.
Summary: Really disappointed with this watch - it looks lovely but the strap is about to break after only 5 months or so. I would try to get it replaced by Swatch, but I had a similar watch from them before and the same happened, so I don't think I'll bother. It also does tick loudly - which people comment on all the time. I quite like it, but if you don't like ticking it would be very annoying.
Summary: Disappointing life for a strap : it seemed to become brittle and then snapped. I managed to get it replaced by Swatch for free but only with a clear message this was not done within guarantee only for goodwill. I know it was not expensive but still it really should last as long as the first battery ...
Summary: This is a very nice watch, looks unusual and stands out. One small issue is how bizarrely loud it is. In a quiet room you can really hear it ticking from a couple of metres away! And I also had to return the first one I bought, the plastic strap is very inflexible which led to a small split which soon led to the strap breaking. Replacement seems ok so far.
Summary: I got this watch for my birthday in September and it literally hasnt left my wrist, minus going to sleep, and it has lasted me very well and throughout my day to day lifestyle of being at uni, participating in sports, swimming and going out. However the first thing everyone notices about it is that its got a VERY loud tick.
Summary: I bought this for my daughter who loves it. Lovely strong colour, clear easy to read face and comfortable to wear. Added bonus that the hands glow in the dark. Note: it produces quite a loud 'tick'. I don't know how long the plastic strap will last or how easy it will be to replace but it has been wore constantly for around 2 months and is still in perfect condition. PS. Keeps very good time!
Summary: Pros: The colours in this collection are fantastic. They are bright enough to liven up any wardrobe, and the watch looks great on guys and girls. Cons: The quality of this watch isn't amazing. The plastic strap looks a bit cheap and fragile, and the face scratches easily. The ticking is also a bit loud. Not a "get it off my arm now" kind of loud, but definitely noticeable. All in all, it's a fun, funky watch, but definitely not a collector's item.
