Worked out as a gift
3 January 2012
Summary: This watch seems to be great quality. Time will tell if the product works well and keeps accurate time. The other Stuhrling I got for myself while looks and feels great, runs fast and a minute in real time is actually about 62seconds according to the clock...you see the problem.
Summary: This watch was a Christmas present for my beautiful partner and I was absolutely impressed as was she; with its quality, craftsmanship and exquisiteness the moment we both lay our eyes upon it. To the hand it has a sublime weight and J commented that on her wrist it feels as though that is where it is meant to be.
Summary: I loved this watch, funky numbers, see through center. But then it started getting condensation inside(only by washing my hands did it get near the water, no showers or swimming) So I had to send it back.
Summary: I love this watch. Its the first automatic watch I've owned and I'm getting used to having to wind it if I haven't used it in a day or two. But I kind of like that mechanical, hands-on aspect of it. The only down side for me is its just a little difficult to see the numbers because there's not a huge contrast between the numbers and the background color. The band was a little more orange than I could tell from the pictures.
Summary: I have got it as a gift. It is an excellent gift. Very original, very high-quality, elegant. The package containing the watch is extraordinary and stylish. Opening it, was a real pleasure for me. Design: - The design of the watch is outstanding. It is interesting to observe how much 'reserve' has left till the watch will stop. The watch strap is leather and nicely made. The orange color is wonderful and warm and makes you smiling every time you want to check the hour.
Summary: I'd like this watch a lot better if it kept accurate time. It loses 1-2 minutes a day. Also, I would not have bought it if I had realized that it's somewhat difficult to read the time because the hands are silver-colored and don't stand out well. It takes more than just a quick glance to see what time it is. Black hands would have been a much better choice.
Summary: I just received this very attractive watch as a gift, so I can't yet say anything about performance. I hope it will run as well as it looks. It's both smart and interesting looking with fun coloring. I like the offset winder. Often that piece can catch on a jacket which can pull out the stem. And these stems can also press into your skin when your wrist is bent. This placement makes the watch look better and is more functional.
Summary: This beautiful watch was my Christmas gift to myself to replace all those watches that take batteries that are now not working. What I wanted was a self-winding watch and this is exactly that. And the workmanship and quality are top-notch. I love the color of the watch band - am thrilled with it. Pray it lasts for a long long time. Great presentation in a lovely box with all its papers too! Merry Christmas!
