Looks nice, poor quality
19 December 2011
Summary: I saw this watch and loved the style and appearance. When the watch arrived it had a loose screw under the glass and the watch spring mechanism would not wind. I thought to myself "that's unfortunate" and went through the proper channels to get it replaced. Here it is almost exactly 6 months later and the winding mechanism has failed once more.
Summary: i spent 3 months searching and reviewing watches before i chose this one. after 1 year, i am glad i made the decision to go for this one. things i like: it is freaking huge!!!! it has a hand wind option skeleton design entertains me the sapphire face is super strong i am a lady, and it still looks awesome (i assume because it over emphasizes its size) things i am not fond of: over the time frame of one month, the watch will run about 10 mins ahead and need to be reset.
Great-looking watch for a reasonable price - broken after a year.

Summary: The Good: I bought this watch about a year ago (Nov 2010), and I get lots of compliments on it. I work with several engineers, several of us are "watch guys," and they all have commented how cool it looks with the gear movements, and the skeleton design. It's self-winding, keeps good time, and is comfortably heavy with an apparently-durable construction. The Bad: It's time only. No chronograph, no date, no nothing.
Summary: This watch is very pretty. I got it for my boyfriend for his birthday as he was looking for something somewhat "steam punk." What I like about this watch is that is kind of steam punky but also very professional so it appeals to the professional and also the big kid in him. He says its very comfortable too.
Summary: Trying to describe this watch in mere words would not do it justice. Received the watch in this spectacular case, the time piece itself oozes out luxury. most definitely will be a repeat customer. Great job fellas!
Summary: Crap watch looks nice, but didn't keep accurate time. Pretty dang lame eh? I mean... a watch that won't keep time? No wonder they did the deceptive markdown scheme. I thought it was a nice looking watch for the price regardless of the "markdown", so i bought it. Boy was i annoyed after a week.
Summary: I initially gave this watch 5 stars.... Maybe I should've waited 3 months before reviewing it, because it is now broken! The back piece that winds the watch with movement is broken, just dangling there rattling without doing any winding. No trauma occurred to the watch for this to happen. Hilarious how they have the "retail price" at $500. Are you kidding me? This watch could be sold at Wal Mart for $40.
Summary: I just received this item and I just love it so much! It looks just like I saw online with better price deal. I love all those warranty information and detailed manual. The packaging is very clean and nice.
POOR quality and loud, sounds like it will rattle apart

Summary: the watch does look great when you take it out. the band is extremely stiff and hard to put on as the first band strap is so close to the notch. The automatic movement on the watch is horrible as when you move it sounds like a gear is loose when the automatic movement spins up. Even the stuhrling logo is printed slightly crooked on the front. I would not buy this watch again. It does look good though.
Summary: I bought this watch for my husband as a Christmas gift. The second day wearing it, it started making rattle sounds, like a piece was loose. One week later, it stopped working. We did not send it back because we live overseas and it was not worth the hassle. Poor crafstmanship, poor quality materials, worst watch I have ever bought.
