Broke before a year

Summary: The watch is beautiful and very nice to wear, the problem is that is not very well built and both the machinery and the strap broke before a year. It is important that you know that I own several watches and really take good care of them. I also wear different watches all the time, so it was not as if I used this one continously. Overall if you want a very nice looking watch at a very cheap price that probably won't last that long this is a good option.
Summary: I bought this watch for myself but I would say that it would be hard to find a nicer gift for a man at this price point. Be sure to keep it wound, though, since it does lose time very easily when the coil is not tightly wound
Summary: Regarding my purchase of Stuhrling Original Men's 150A.33152 Special Reserve 'Symphony Maestro II' Multi-Function Skeleton Watch on 27 August 2011: I am a watch collector of sorts and was fascinated by the complex movement of this watch and skeletonized display. However, upon arrival, the movement just didn't move. Frankly, that's a show-stopper for a watch. Anyway, I returned the watch to Amazon since it arrived in a non-functional state.
Summary: Don't be seduced by its looks - this is not a nice watch! I bought it 3 years ago and it definitely has not stood the test of time; right now it gathers dust in a drawer and I have moved on to better brands. Stuhrling does deserves some credit for making automatic watches that the average person can afford, but I simply cannot recommend this one. The watch is undeniably beautiful, and the level of detail is stunning for something in this price range.
Summary: The watch it self is gorgeous to look at! From the back to the front, you can tell the craftsmanship is top notch! I've gotten many compliments over the styling and look of the watch. I wear it with me everywhere I go, whether its casual or dress. The packaging it comes in is excellent! Not even my $400 seiko could top that, the case is thick and I like keeping my watch inside knowing it will be safe from any falls etc.
Summary: Well, what can I say, for the price It's not bad looking, it tells the time and... that's about it. Bought mine (from here) less than 6 months ago and now it's gathering dust as it no longer works. I bought it thinking "hmm it has a lot of discount, looks nice, it's automatic" but I now regret my purchase. It wasn't even an "every-day" watch.
