The belt is defective

Summary: I just bought this grey watch and went to a Skagen retail store for adjusting the belt length in asia. They found the belt is defective with an extra hole on the first segment of the chain. They are sending for repairment and ask for my warrant card.
Summary: So far so good. Shipping wasn't as "fast" as I thought however I did order this at the last minute during Christmas peak time (12/16/11). I got 1-day shipping and I received it in 3 business days (ordered on the Friday before the weekend and received on the following Wednesday in Texas.
Summary: This is one of Skagen's nicer pieces in their premium collection. At a Skagen boutique it's $275. Here I just purchased it for $155 or so (from amazon.com). It looks expensive and is as formal as one could need but, I believe, can also be dressed down. Very comfortable, butterfly clasp.
Summary: I bought this watch couple of months ago. I love it, and would recommend it to who ever desires a great ultra-thin watch. It's classy and sleek. Recently, I cracked the crystal. I contacted them and sent it back for repairs. They kept me up dated on the watch.
Summary: This watch is sleek and real thin. It looks good, feels good, and holds up to a hard day's work. However, it's difficult to read the time in low light. Still... a nice watch for the money and I like it.
Summary: It is a pity that the photograph shows the watch to be of a blue hue, when in reality it is grey/dark grey and a sort of sivler grey in the strap. I am sure many potential buyers will be put off by the fact that it is blue. I had the opportunity to check the real colour so bought it.
