GREAT VALUE! $

Summary: Purchased this watch about 6 months ago and couldn't be happier. I usually change out watches every 10 years or so and like to get a higher quality $400-600 watch that will last and still look good after a decade.
Summary: I really like this watch. I was worried when I purchased it as I'm a fairly thin guy and I thought it would make my arm look smaller than it already is but it looks great. This watch is fairly heavy but I hardely notice it. Keep in mind I like the feel of a heavy/thick watch.
Summary: Out of the box, the day adjust did not work (I made sure the hour hand is not between 10:00 and 1:00 when I tried to adjust the day). After letting the watch run for a few days, the hand started moving on the day sub-dial but it did not line up properly with the markers on the sub-dial.
Summary: I have been looking for a high quality automatic watch for a long time and I feel this is it. The watch case is finished to a high level and I feel I have a high quality movement that is well engineered and adjusted but I have not paid for extreme cosmetic finishing of the movement.
Summary: The watch is much more beautiful in real life than the pictures. It is heavy but not too heavy. The dials are easy to read and the whole thing is well thought out. I like Seikos and have several but this is the most stunning, almost afraid to wear it!
