Summary: I received my watch six weeks ago. Now I can tell: It is very accurate. It doesn't miss a single minute along the day. Even I can take it off for 14 hours and It still maintains the right time! The dial is beautiful and in the dark the luminous silver-toned hands look very cool! I am very happy with this product. I wear it almost every day and the crystal has no scratches. Some soft schatches appears on bracelet, under the safety clasp.
Summary: Nice looking, didn't expect it to be so comfortable and light, sometimes I forget I'm wearing it. That's a good news for me since my previous experiences with automatic watches were a little on the heavy side .... but it was about the '80s. The pendulum (the spring recharger) under the transparent back of the case looks a little stuck but let's see in future if it's a real prblm or not.
Summary: I was looking for a plain "Regular Guy" watch that didn't stand out too much to wear everyday. When I saw this series of watch I thought, for the price, it was just what I was looking for. When the watch arrived and I opened it, I was a little disappointed on the weight and feel of the band (much lighter than I expected, but to some it may be a good thing), but for the price I couldn't really complain.
(4/5) Probably the best out of all the Seiko 5 series on Amazon but slight quality issues

Summary: So I was looking for a good/decent automatic watch since I have too many quarts to begin with. When I thought of automatic watches, all the exotic brand names came up (Rolex, Omega, Patek Philippe, Movado, Breitling, Tag Heuer, etc.) and I realistically just said no. So then I looked toward more affordable Japanese watches which have improved significantly over time and Seiko crossed my mind (especially since I've owned two Seiko watches before) and then...
Summary: This is my first Seiko and my first automatic watch. I had no clue what an automatic was before I owned this but as long as you keep moving your arm, you will never need a battery. It's a great looking watch and I'm almost hesitant to wear it everyday because I don't want to get it scratched. The quality is excellent. The metal strap was a bit too large for my wrist and had to get a jeweler to adjust it.
Summary: what I have paid for and what I have got is just super superb totally satisfied nobody has to spend money on a Rolex/Omega Patek and all other expensive watches, the Seiko runs 100% precise Peter Orth
