One Year Later, Still A Very Nice Watch

Summary: I've been wearing this watch for a little over a year and it still looks great and still works flawlessly. It will lose stored energy and stop if you don't wear it for a day or two, but that's true for all automatic watches since the movement of your wrist supplies the energy to the spring. The crystal is clear and hard and still without a single scratch. The clasp is lightly scratched but the band and the bezel still look brand new. A year later and I still love it.
Awesome watch; accurate, sturdy, nice looking piece of japanese engeneering

Summary: My girlfiriend bought this watch to me the last Christmas. It arrived on time (before 25 Dec) and by the time I opened the box and put it on, it was already ticking... I presume the mainspring wound itself on the clock's way (from US to Spain). The watch works flawlessly. It looses consistently 5 seconds a day, so it is very accurate, for the rate at which it ticks is very regular.
Summary: I paid around 60 for mine... though I did have a better style kinetic seiko before.. but the thing stopped running... took over 10 years though..and that cost 500. So.. considering everything is basically the same, minus the fancy band, and added gold decor.. pretty much picked up the same "durable" watch for less than 1/4 the price. HAPPY HERE.. two thumbs up. Highly recommend.
Summary: I ordered this watch about a week, maybe a week and a half ago. It came here very quickly, but all it came with was a box with the watch in it. No papers or anything. I plan to take it to my local watch shop and have it looked over. If it turns out to be a fake, you will hear back from me. One more thing, I did get some paperwork after I raised hell, but it was for the wrong watch and it was photocopied.
Summary: I bought this watch because I was interested in getting an automatic watch, had read good things about the Seiko 5 and saw this one at an unbelievable price (1/3 retail). This is probably the nicest watch I own in terms of build quality and attention to detail. The watch face is subtly textured - the metallic blue which changes colour depending on the lighting, making it interesting without being flashy.
Summary: I currently have a nice Titanium Seiko that I have had for over 10 years. Well the watch needed to go in for repair so I purchased this Seiko to use as a replacement. The watch works wonderfully. Granted it did come to a stop when I first got it, but I believe that is because I hadn't worn it long enough to build up a charge through the night. But that was also within the first 24 hours of wearing the watch. Since then the watch has performed wonderfully.
Summary: The photos on Amazon don't do this watch justice. The watch is beautiful. Search some of the SNK603k1 photos on Google images for better photos. The face is a bit smaller than I'm used to, as I often wear an Invicta auto wind diver w silver stainless bracelet everyday. I would describe this watch as more of a dress watch but it would be good for everyday in an office environment.
