Summary: It does the job. Although I'd prefer a pocket watch that opens from the side instead of from the top like this one. The chain can easily come out of it's fastening on the watch, but it can easily be shoved back in too! If you just want a bog standard pocket watch, mainly for looks, then this will do. But if you want a fancy one that's more practical, search around for another that's probably worth more money.
Summary: well the watch itself is perfectly decent and the its really aesthetically pleasing but its alot smaller than i imagined it to be thought that may be my fault my biggest dissapointment was that i did not get the chain that it was shown with in the picture but the chain itcame with is just fine for now and does its job but obviously alot more cheaper than the one shown in the picture
Summary: I wanted a pocket watch that kept good time, was inexpensive, and looked good. This watch fills all of the criteria admirably. The dial is plain and simple and easy to read, the timekeeping is superb, and the price was excellent. I keep patting myself on the back for having chosen such a good purchase.
Summary: The product came with a chain that was different than in the pictures, which ended up falling off the watch moments after opening. This was able to be fixed with a pair of pliers, but still quite annoying. The chrome plating is not the greatest, which really makes it look cheap.
Summary: the christmas delivery was very good, came when it was meant to. Watch was damaged with a large stratch underneath protection cover. I tried to send for replacement, but unavailable to do this. It was going to cost nearly half the price to send back. If i ordered another one would i have had the same issues??? The watch was a christmas present for my father, which made it difficult. I have been upset by this ordeal!!!!
Summary: My 14 year old son is over 6ft and large in every limb. He likes to have a watch but men's wrist watches only just fit. So we hit on getting him a fob watch for his 14th birthday, which he now wears on a chain off a belt loop and into his trouser pocket. He just loves bringing it out and flicking open the lid importantly to see the time - especially when waiting for a bus or train. I'm seriously thinking of getting one for his brother and father.
Summary: This is a really nice, hard wearing and accurate time piece, which is, for the money, astonishing. Nothing much else to say except that the case seems to pick up scratches easily and the catch is quite noisy when being closed. If you've never tried a pocket watch and want to experiment then I'd say this is the one to go for.
