Summary: Amazing Quality for the price (under 100$). Used on a recent snorkel/scuba trip to thailand, the watch performed well. No leaks no fogging. Materials used are A grade and the movement is smooth and refined.
Summary: I received this watch as a gift. The 100 meter water resistance and shock resistance are very convenient features. This is the second orient watch I've owned and I don't think you can go wrong with the feature rich models. The blue face is beautiful and the luminosity of the hands and markers make this watch easy to read at night. The only feature I didn't care for was the watch band because of where the buckle rests on my wrist. I had a nylon U.N.
Summary: I just recently purchased this watch from Amazon and was blown away by the good looks and the perpetual movement by the second hand. It's a very nice looking watch, that has a more traditional size for men. I have a big wrist, but I'm not a fan of the trendy watches that have been coming out lately. I purchased some Tommy Bahama watches but had to return them since the size was ridiculously oversized.
Summary: This watch is an incredible value for what you pay. The build and movement rivals those watches I have that costs thousands... I own a couple Omegas and other brands but this watch gives them all a run for their money as far as accuracy and build. The stock rubber strap is a little stiff so I replaced it with a NATO and it's great.
Summary: This is my first Orient watch, and I'm getting used to some of the idiosyncracies of the timepiece such as Non-hacking second hand, separate button for setting days of the week, no crown winding mechanism. However, it seems to work flawlessly, keeps reasonable time for an automatic, comes in one of the nicest watch boxes this side of Omega, has a very visible and readable face, the numbers and hands luminates quite well in the dark, and the band is very long to...
Summary: This is my second Orient. After purchasing the Black Mako, the quality of the Orient watch sparked the need to purchase the "Pepsi" Orient watch. Excellent quality, the same as the first. Good size and top comfort. The water resistance is excellent. I can wear this watch to the show or to wash the car without worry. The Lum on the dial and hands are outstanding, but as with most watch's, does not last. Don't hesitate, purchase and enjoy.
Summary: if anyone can save the mechanical watch world, it will be the folks from orient. i cant find a flaw. ok i can find one...the little blue picture on the strap looks kinda cheesy. i like the extra pusher for the day and both the pusher and the crown screw down so, neither one should leak and the pusher wont activate if you bump it. its a neat little add on. the crystal is mineral (plain old glass) and it will scratch as such. no biggie.
Summary: The Orient CEM65003D is another variation in the large, and popular, automatic day/date diver watch collection by Orient. I bought this model with the rubber strap, because I like to be able to easily adjust the fit of the watch on my wrist. The Orient band is okay, but I found it a little stiff, and replaced it with a 22mm woven nylon band. The original band was pretty long, and would easily fit over a wet suit - if I was a deep sea diver.
