Summary: I bought this watch after months of research. I am not disappointed. The luminescent night feature is not overly bright but steady and visible. The look and feel of the watch overall is all quality. The strap is soft and pliable and attractive crisp-looking nice size watch fits nicely on the skin. Strap is notched so any size wrist can have a comfort fit. Comes with instruction booklet and card. Would give 5 stars for a brighter luminescence.
Summary: I have been wearing this watch for several weeks now. The watch is very light, and very comfortable. The illumination is bright enough to be readily visible. I am very happy with this purchase.
Summary: I had thought I made an excellent purchase upon receiving the watch, as the watch appeared to be very well made, but after experiencing fogging under the crystal in direct sunlight on two occasions, I was forced to return the watch. I find it difficult to believe that a watch that is rated for two hundred meters of water, should have such an issue. Not to mention the fact the case was supposed to be made of stainless steel, but arrived as a resin type material.
Summary: I bought this watch in January of 2011; and in July I noticed the watch was no longer functioning. I thought it was a battery issue, but when I took it into a local watch store they pointed out that the second hand was hitting the minute hand. If you held the watch face down you could get the second hand to move over the minute hand. You will find that there is no way to contact Luminox.
Summary: Very happy with this watch!! I read some reviews others had written about this model watch that said the 12:00 on the rotating bezel doesn't illuminate well. I did not find this to be the case. All 12 markers are very bright, as is the marker on the rotating bezel. The band was a little long for my liking, so i trimmed off triangular tip of the band with a utility knife.
Summary: This watch recently replaced my Swiss Army Summit XLT as my "daily driver." For night operations it is unbelievable. The hour markers and the markers on the hands remain highly illuminated regardless of light conditions. I particularly like that the 1200 marker is a different color for quick differentiation in low light settings. The illuminated bezel marker is also a plus. The watch seems sturdy enough, and I see it being my daily watch for a long time to come.
Summary: This was my 4th Luminox watch and it is by far the nicest one of the bunch. It is easy to read in light and especially in darkness. You don't have to push any buttons or hold it under a lamp or expose it to sunshine to make it glow in the dark. It is made for active wear, like surfing, diving and yet is stylish enough to wear to the office in a suit. Very comfortable and classy. I highly recommend it.
