Summary: I placed my order on monday 23rd, and got it today. Was supposed to recieve it yesterday, but there was no one to recieve it at my address.. Great shipping speed, (two days to Santiago, Chile), excellent packaging, and the watch itself is great. Everything with its manuals, zero problems. Glass looks pretty tough, and overall I'm pretty happy with the item.
Summary: I thought that this watch was amazing for 365 days. This watch is now one year and one month old and the automatic movement has crapped out. The second hand doesn't go past the 25s mark unless you shake the watch quite vigorously. I looked into the warranty and seeing as the watch is over the year mark the warranty is over. I looked into the 4 year warranty but it was worth more than the watch. I guess when you see something that is to good to be true IE.
Summary: Solid built and great look. I have carried my old Invicta a little over 2 years befor a part broke - the repair job costs $20 which is reasonable, it's no Rolex but for the price good value I'd say.
Summary: This is the second watch of this particular model I bought. The first one has been running great for the last two years and I had no hesitation in buying another one for my dad. Unfortunately, I realized something was wrong with this watch the moment I took it out of the box. All Automatic watches need a couple of turns of the winder to get them started. The winder on this one offered no resistance what so ever. That in itself was a clue to a bigger problem.
Summary: Overall impressed with this watch, nothing has fallen off yet like in the other reviews, it is keeping as good time as my Ramond Weil, so can't complain; will go to a jeweler to have it sized. Just wanted to mention that the numeral "10" is missing from the dial; I do not know if this is a second that Amazon is selling, or if this is intentional; the Rolex Submariner that this watch is patterned from does show this number, so not sure if this is a deliberate omission.
Summary: I've had this watch for a year now. I have not been careful with this watch. I sometimes take it off when I'm crawling around under my car... sometimes I don't. This watch has been in hot tubs, in pools, and along for the ride on countless hours of motorcycle riding (I ride a triple, so it's not as smooth as a four, but not as rough as a twin). It's even taken a few 6-foot drops onto ceramic tile (in the gym locker room). It has held up very well.
Summary: I own several Invictas and bought this one as a Christmas gift for my brother-in-law. First impressions: -The dial is PURPLE, not BLUE. One could argue it is a very dark, purplish blue - most people would just call it purple. -Watch came in standard Invicta packaging. FIVE STARS (as always) on the packaging. It makes for a very nice gift presentation. -Overall watch quality is excellent for a timepiece in this price-range.
Summary: I must say I was a bit apprehensive with the purchase of this watch. This is my first Invicta watch and I am very pleased with it. Invicta is well known for having the BIG, over-sized watches. This is the perfect size. It is not small by any means but does not fit or feel gaudy-large on my wrist. The face has a hue that looks purple at times, but the deep color is rich.
