Summary: If you are looking at a Russian Diver then you know it is a big watch. Looks great but the straps are very stiff and needs to be changed to the softer silicone straps... also if you have a larger wrist size these may come up a bit short. the canteen crown protector seems like the threads could strip easily if you tighten it with more than a little effort.
Summary: seriously. the watchface including the rim measures about 2 inches. we couldn't help but laugh at the enormity of this timepiece - every time we see it, my husband shouts, "flavor flav!!!" if you thought this was a typical diving watch, you'd be wrong due to its size, which is tough to judge on-screen. i understand that there's a market for this watch, but it's probably not a big market - bigger is not necessarily better in this case.
Summary: Got this for a friend. Normally Invictas fit all wrists well... unless they have a 9-inch+ wrist. Barely was able to cinch into last slot. Band should (with time) stretch. His eyes sure lit up w/this puppy. QualityPlus.
Summary: TV or on a computer screen does not do this watch justice. When I received this watch I could not believe how beautiful and big this watch is. I am trying to collect all the Russian Diver Watch's and this purchase is a great addition to my collection. Dealing with Amazon was great as usual. I will buy from them again and highly recommend them.
Summary: First and most obvious, this is a big (enormous) watch. The product specs claim the watch is 52 mm (2.04 inches) in diameter and they don't lie. The watch is fairly thick as well and seemed more appropriate for Flavor Flav than for routine (or practical) wear around the wrist. If you ignore the enormity of it, this is a very nice and attractive watch.
Rather unspectacular, befitting a very particular style

Summary: This is a massive watch that doesn't quite please my specific tastes. However, since taste is subjective, I don't hold it against the product for the purposes of this review. This is a well-constructed watch that is so massive and heavy that it could probably serve as a blunt weapon. Beyond that, it lacks any sort of features that would make owning such a massive watch practical. But fashion is not concerned with practicality, and this watch screams testosterone.
Summary: This is my first Invicta watch--it will not be the last. I researched my purchase quite a bit and gravitated toward the Russian Diver as my first of the collection. Here are my inital impressions: very solid, big, well-made and eye-catching. This is a big watch--not "cartoon big" like some of the bling watches at the mall but if you are shopping in the Invicta section you are probably ok with the big-ness.
