It keeps stopping.
28 September 2011
Summary: It is a good-looking watch at a good price and goes well with both casual and semi-formal attire. Only problem I found is that it stops unless I wear it everyday. Contrary to advertisement, it does not maintain movement for longer than overnight.
Summary: This is my first hamilton. Withs it black dial with white numerals makes it easy to read. The vintage military look probably WW2 adds to its style or nostagia. The size of the dial is perfect for small wrist. The weight of the watch is fairly light considering it is automatic. The brown leather band feels sturdy, just perfectly matched on to the dial. Finally the proven eta swiss movement, the price/value and an American Brand are added pluses.
Summary: This is just a simple classic and wonderfully sober design; It's beautiful, precise, accurate and an excellent automatic watch; Definitely worth adding to your collection if you have one, and absolutely worth the price, IMO you get a lot more than what you pay for it, like a Swiss ETA 2824 movement, 25 jewels, good lumen on both the arabic markers and pointers, except for the second hand, no lumen there but who cares, I much rather see that beautiful red pointer,...
Summary: I've had this watch for over a year now and love it. It's so easy to read the time quickly. I have several watches, from Rolex to Oris to Gruen, and Hamilton automatics leads the pack for value in quality Swiss timepieces. Excellent ETA movement at its heart. I'd buy it again in a second.
