Summary: I have used this for almost a year now and still love it. The gps is accurate and have run into no issues finding a signal or dropping. I usually run/bike on roads. Auto uploading to my computer wirelessly is great. I have the ant+ usb adapter for my mac mini and once i stop the work out and take a couple steps into the house I feel it vibrate letting me know it is uploading to Garmin connect two rooms away from my side door.
Great battery, great accuracy, very hard to preserve data in Garmin Connect and Strava.

Summary: I have downgraded my review after upgrading it (see my original and then previously edited reviews below). The reason is that Garmin has a known issue with data not syncing. I have spent a couple hours trying to sync one stupid 3 mile run. I gave up and manually entered the data. A couple hours of my life that I will never get back. I have upgraded my review again after about two weeks. Below is my original (edited) review.
Very basic for the price - Does not work well in water

Summary: I purchased this watch 2 months ago, it does a decent job when running and cycling but is pretty awful in the water. 1st, it get confused with lap counts in the pool. I can understand but it is advertised as a indoor and outdoor training watch. 2nd it losses satellites connection in open water. Either way it is impossible to know exactly the distance you did.
Summary: Second one, first had the "quick mount". The mount was fine, but it allowed me to take the thing off my bike, set it down on the car bumber and forget it and drive off. Seems to take a while to aquire sat signal. Can't tell breast from back stroke (gets free style well). Old one started loosing the vibrate alert. Had the 610, which was not waterproof. Have used this in open water ocean swims and works fine (no HR recording, as expected).

Summary: Very good, enough lasting battery good. Good site for saving your results and to monitor these results. Everything was ok until one or two months ago. They changed the site and it doesn't support 610, 910 and others new Garmin models. It is inexplicable. Garmin ask you for wait. Sportsmen can't wait to check their results. I'd like to give 5 stars to the device. To Garmin I'd like to give zero, because they don't have respect for the customers.
Summary: I purchased this watch for my boyfriend. Within a month the watch broke down. It started giving problems before that, but completely stop working after a month. Amazon can't help you after a month of purchasing the product so you have to deal with Garmin. They took forever to send us a Refurnish watch that was scratched up. Basically $400 down thrown away.
