Summary: I like that the wristband fits me because few watch bands do. I found it difficult to program the walk/run time. I kept trying to change the times, but it went back to the previous setting. I wasn't able to change it. It took a full 5 minutes to locate a satellite location but other than that, I like that I can save my walk times and put it on a website.
Summary: I bought this race while training for the Marine Corps Marathon. I researched the functionality and battery life before my purchase. The watch worked great on my long runs. I trained up to 21 miles before the marathon. The menu was easy to use and it was a breeze to toggle back and forth between the current pace that I have and my overall time.
Summary: The watch does what its supposed to do. Getting the initial signal has been touch and go. Once connected the watch works flawlessly. I connect the watch to a Mac. The autorun feature does not work so the software must be launched manually. The software is easy to use and provides the right amount of information.
Pros: Accurate, Easy To Setup, Easy to use, Intuitive Menu, Large Screen
Summary: My daughter and I both bought one of these for a local race (I ran the 1/2 marathon, she ran the marathon). It was a good tool for helping with pace, etc., but both of them were off by 0.01 miles/mile. For short runs, not a big deal, but that's an 1/8th mile error for me and a 1/4 mile for her marathon. I'd recommend it for shorter runs and recording casual runs, but not for serious runners.
Summary: This watch worked well for purpose...showing distance and such on trail runs. The Garmin software is also helpful, showing your route, elevation changes, speed, etc. However, I found the watch lacking in design (bulky, certainly not stylish) and multifunctionality (lacking several functions of most basic sports watches). I ended up returning the watch.
Pros: Accurate, Intuitive Menu, Large Screen, Reliable Reception, Simple Controls
Summary: This is ok, but for the avid runner like I am , I am disappointed that I cant set the device to beep at distance intervals vs. just time intervals. With that being said you can only set the time in 30 Second Intervals, I dont like that at all. It was a little confusing at first, I basically use it just for my long runs.
Summary: This watch is good except that it sometimes takes several minutes to find a satellite on a perfectly sunny day. I have found that if I take the watch outside and turn it on, then lace up my shoes, get a final drink, etc, the watch is ready to go when I finally am.
Not good for long runs like training for a marathon

Summary: The watch/GPS is easy to figure out. The buttons are easy to press. The face is pretty easy to read. However, the battery life is terrible. If you are only going out for a couple of hours or less, then you will be OK. But over 3 or 4 forget it. I even turn the watch off in between uses and the battery still goes down so quick. And in order to charge it, you need to be around a computer to plug into the USB.
Summary: I returned this watch because the GPS function would not work. I struggled to get it to work for nearly one month thinking it was because we live in a rural area but toward the very end it wouldn't pick up my location anywhere. I hope the replacement one works! The few times the function did work, I enjoyed it. It was easy to set a pace and the beeping was loud enough to hear over my music.
