Love this watch!!!
10 October 2011
Summary: I usually do not wear a watch, but when I happened upon this one on Amazon I knew I had to have it. It arrived five days before I thought it would and I was happy to see that it came in its original fossil packaging. It is a bit darker than the picture implies and I will say it is somewhat heavy. For a guy who is not used to wearing a watch it took a while to get used to the weight.
Great looking, body is very solid, but strap is CRAP!

Summary: I just got mine, worn it for less than a day and already the top brown coating of the leather strap is pealing off. I'd hate to think what it will look like in a couple o f weeks or even a month. I mostly buy watches with leather strap and have been very happy with all of them except this one. I'm trying to decide whether to return this watch or just ask for a replacement of the strap. It's a pity, this is a very nice looking watch.
Summary: I have brought this watch on amazon, for 74$. This was the best price on web, after the deal, the watch became even more expensive :) about the product itself, it's been 1 day that I own it and I can say for sure that it is one of the nicest watches in my ownership. Some said that the picture doesn't show well how nice this watch is, and they were right :D it's much more attractive in reality. I wore it for couple hours and already recieved compliments.
Summary: This is a great watch that looks very classy and refined, yet casual. I have owned it for about a year now and enjoyed it while it worked. The only issue is that the winding mechanism and counter weight is susceptible to shock. My 12 month year got a hold of the watch while I was not watching (no pun intended) and after a few knocks on the coffee table it broke.
Summary: Hello all! I am an African American female and long time customer here at Amazon. I've purchased many watches from a variety of sources and this one, by far, is my absolute favorite. I've not stopped wearing it since I received it more than a month ago. I am an average size female and the watch does not appear "too chunky" or "too big" at all on my wrist.
Summary: An interesting concept, the reliability of quartz plus the fanciful workings of an automatic. The automatic seconds dial is just for show, after a couple of days it will stop moving (but the watch still keeps time). Once I wear it for 10 minutes or so, the seconds dial (and the inner skeleton) will move again due to the movement of my arm and/or wrist.
Summary: Firstly, the watch is not as it appears in the picture. I have been looking for a cream/light brown dial and the picture also says so, but got disappointed when I received the watch which is having a Dark Brown dial. Please change the picture. Other than that, it is a very good deal in a reasonable price. Started loving this watch after few days.
Summary: I'd been coveting this watch for a while, and finally got it for myself as a birthday gift. The watch is very nice looking, and very solidly made. The size is bigger than other watches I've had in the past (the metal case sits up pretty boxy and tall), and I love that about it! The dial and the "exposed gears" are really nice looking, and I've gotten plenty of complements on it. The brown leather band is nice and thick, and looks nice.
Summary: Esthetically, this Fossil Twist is simply stunning. Some time earlier, I got the black version, that is: black faceplate and croc band and I like it A LOT. But this steel and brown leather watch is just a knockout! To begin with, the picture doesn't come close to revealing its great looks. The appearance is much brighter and more silvery. Yet "champaigne" is a wonderfully apt description. It certainly isn't brown as indicated in the product description.
