Summary: This has become one of my very favorite watches. My wife purchased it for me in 2009 and then it was sadly stolen this year. I like it so much that i immediately bought another one. It is accurate, unique, and Tough. It's been through the rainforest and beaches of south america and all over the united states. after 2 years it still looked almost new.
Summary: I always wanted to buy an eco-drive ever since I saw their advertisement as a kid, but was waiting for the right moment, (ergo when I started earning) So naturally the moment I received my first PhD stipend I ordered one! I've only worn it for 2 days now, but I must say- it's PERFECT. Glad I chose the black finish over the steel one. it looks so much better. Since I have a small wrist it's good for me, ( those big chrono's are too huge for my wrist :( ).
Summary: There is no question about Citizen, and the strength of all of their watches, especially with the uniqueness of their Eco-drive watches. They definitely have shown that with solar movement, it absolutely still thrives just as strong as a everyday quartz. This bold and elequent black stainless steel watch works nicely with anything you wear, and runs brilliantly under solar light, and everyday light. It really holds up very well at a inexpensive price.
Summary: This is the second Citizen-brand watch I have owned, this being the first I've purchased. The other one, being a gift, was a gold-toned Citizen watch and until the vacuum of the local car wash stole it, it was a hell of a watch. So far, I have owned this Black Ion-plated watch for two weeks on the tenth of June 2011, and I work in a pharmacy...a factory, but a pharmacy nonetheless.
Summary: The watch is an all around great investment. To never have to worry about a watch battery again is worth it in itself. It can be an every day watch yet still refined enough to be dressy. I guess the most important factor is how well the watch keeps time. NON issue with this masterpiece I would recommend this watch to any potential buyer.
Summary: Time owned: 6 months Pros: Low cost, looks great, keeps great time, very nice balanced feel on the wrist, nice bracelet, eco-drive reliability. Cons: Lumo is just OK, but that's only an issue if you need to rely on lumo, that isn't an issue to me. Doesn't have a sapphire crystal, but Citizen mineral crystal always stands up very well. Overall: If you're looking for an atractive dress watch, this one is 5 star at this price.
Summary: The BM6555-54E by Citizen is a fine watch for the price. The clasp is strong and the hidden mechanism adds class since it appears that the band pattern is continuous. This is a good watch for those with smaller wrists. At over an inch wide the rectangular face is sleek and attracts a lot of attention. The depth of the case is also very thin keeping it from becoming hung up on clothing.
Summary: I received the watch within 8 working days. Considering it was delivered here in NZ, I am very happy with the delivery time. The watch came with the proper Citizen box, case, and user manuals. A unique style that is both formal and casual.
