Casio G-Shock Multifunction Watch
1 May 2013
Summary: This is the watch I have been looking for. It doesn't have all the whistles and bells that the Pathfinder has. This watch is truly a keeper especially for being waterproof. I'm around water all day long at work and around equipment and this watch is sturdy. Some people have commented on it being too bulky i'd rather have it a bit bulky than not knowing it's on my wrist.
Summary: This is a great, basic, tough-as-nails digital watch. It's basically the entry-level G-Shock and lacks the fancy features of the more expensive watches, like a solar recharging battery or radio-controlled time. But it does come with all the features you really need in a digital watch - time, day, date, month, year, stopwatch, countdown timer, alarm, and electric backlight. Plus it's 200m water resistant so you can take it swimming and diving without any worries.
Pros: Accurate, Comfortable, Durable, Quality Construction, Water Resistant
Excerpt: The reason that I liked this watch is the size of the display. I also think that it looks quite good. The description is a bit misleading when it says "The illuminator backlight ensures you can use this versatile watch at any time" This is just a standard backlight that you would find on any cheap digital, not the super-bright illuminator technology that you might be thinking of.
Excerpt: Serves its purpose. I needed a watch to measure my swim laps and so far so good. My only issue is I've had to press a few times to start and stop the timer because you have to press the button in a specific area but for the price I'm quite satisfied.
Excerpt: It has 5 alarms which is very convininent. Also this versatile watch has a lap counter which is very affective. I had bought this product for the same price as my adidas watch which I had before.
