Very poor dispaly design
29 December 2011
Summary: Display fonts are very strange. Huge font size on the top and extremely small on the bottom. Impression that it was designed during a school project. For example, huge day of the week on top and very small month and day on the bottom. I still have very old waveceptor databank watch which is 12 years old and still working except worn out touch panel. That model had been discontinued.
Summary: This watch is simple and perfect. I just received the 2nd one in the mail because the band on the first one broke and to be honest it just made sense to get another one rather than fix the band since it's not too expensive. The watch works as advertised. it's not bulky or flashy. But it's super reliable. Absolutely love it.
Summary: I have owned this watch since 2008(it is now winter 2011) and this little guy is going strong. I only wear the watch to work and it functions great and takes abuse very well. The only bad part about this little watch is that its not the best looking and takes some time to learn the controls. But hec if you need a compact and feather light watch that will work through all weather and abuse then this is your best bet.
Summary: Casio is the best when it comes to these type of watches. I have mine a long time now...Still going strong.. Was put through the worst conditions, no scratches, still looks like new. This watch has Five (5) different alarm settings, where u can set five different times and the alarm will sound off on these five different occassions. This was a very useful feature for me and one of the reasons why I bought this watch (besides the fact that it is Casio).
Summary: I have bought these watches for years now and the functions, ruggedness and price are the best! They are so inexpensive, I replace them after a few years of hard use when they get scratched up even though they still work.
Summary: I've just ordered my 5th(?) copy of this watch or its similar Casio cousin. For us neurotics, its must-have feature is 5 independent alarms. I routinely set 3 per day, to remind me of appointments and errands. Alarm #1 has a "snooze"/repeater option, so (unlike most watches) it might actually wake you up. You pay for this with 4 bad design flaws, which you can glean from the other reviews: 1) Not durable at all.
Summary: This watch is a great value. I previously had one and lost it. The battery lasted for 7-10 years and never failed me. I have several watches but always end up wearing this one since it is so functional and in all black looks good.
Summary: The watch arrived quickly and in perfect condition. It was actually cheaper and easier to buy it online than it was in the store. I've been using this same type of watch for 10-15 years and I am in love with in.
