dig the watch

Summary: When my first G Shock solar/atomic final went bad after five years I decided to go with the traditional analog face. I really like the look, the arms glow and the light really illuminates. The only criticism is that the functions are not illuminated so you cannot set the alarm in the dark. I also think the shape is better than the other G Shocks I have owned as it is slimmer both band and body which makes it easier to wear under dressier clothes.
Summary: I searched so many sites for Casio watches for my 20 year old son. I should have just went immediatly to Amazon because there it was, exactly what I was looking for. The price was great and most importantly, my son loved it.
Summary: I bought this watch for my dad for Christmas and I liked it so much I bought myself one as well. In my career I'm always bumping my watch, or getting it wet, and just wear and tear but this watch is very durable and dependable. A little to many options for me but over all watch was a great purchase.
Summary: This watch looks great, fits well on my wrist and is fairly easy to set up and use. But, just like the other reviews, the lighting for the date, time, and the stopwatch is quite dim.The LED light that illuminates the dial works to a degree but doesnt stay on very long and actually creates a glaring effect when lit that hinders being able to tell the time.
Summary: This watch now makes three Casio G-Shock series watches that I own and wear on a regular basis. This watch is exactly what I expect from a G-Shock. The styling is great. I love watches and especially nice watches. I work in a rough environment so I need a durable, digital watch for those long days. This watch does both. It looks good and has the ruggedness I have come to expect from the G-Shock series.
Summary: Shocking value. Comes with a number of features I won't ever use, but it's nice that they are there. Pulled it out of the box and watched it spring to life as it hit the daylight and landed on the exact time due to the atomic timekeeping feature. This is a very attractive G-Shock on the wrist, and so far very durable and comfortable. I ran the Zombie 5k RunForYourLives in it, and came through without a scratch (on the watch... I wasn't so lucky).
Summary: I decided on this watch after reading a lot of reviews. This watch promised all the things that I needed but when I recieved the watch, it was very hard to use or set up. There is no way anybody could remember all the settings. the digital display was very small and hard to read, and if you ever used the backlit, it would drain the battery by almost half.
Summary: This watch is amazing. It looks great, feels great, keeps great time, stands up a quite a beating, etc etc If you are looking for a new watch because you slammed your old watch into something and it exploded, then this is your best bet for a time piece that wont break the bank or shatter into several pieces the first time you blindly walk into a brick wall.
Summary: I bought the watch since every thing else I have either automatic or runs on Battery , simple enough to use but make sure you to read manual first, low Maintenance for solar powered watch light enough to keep it on my wrist.
Summary: Bought this watch as a gift to my husband for fathers day and he loved it so much he actually shed a tear . As soon as he open the box and the sun hit the face of the watch the hands started moving . Very cool watch !!! My husband wears the watch pretty much everywhere especially when camping and hiking ! The light is bright enough and has a beep that goes off every hour on the hour which he likes .
