Summary: I have been wearing the same watch since 1994, and only recently had to replace it due to cosmetic reasons. The watch has had the batteries replaced, new bands, etc But the functions have never failed. I own two of these watches now, and have just recently ordered a G Shock. Casio has a life long customer with me. The watch itself is large, and looks good if you have the build for it. I'm 6'2 220, and it still stands out on my wrist.
Summary: I like watches. I collect watches. I have semi expensive ones (Citizen Eco Drives, Tissots), but I was in the market for an inexpensive everyday "dive type" watch. I occasionally surf, I sail, and find myself at the beach and pool a lot in the spring and summer months. So, this is the type of watch I was looking for: water resistant, durable, cool-looking and reliable. I've had Casio's in the past and have been mostly pleased with their look, feel, price and reliability.
Summary: As a watch it is OK but there are a few things that I do not like about it and will keep me from purchasing it again in the future. First, I have owned this watch for less than a year and needed to replace the battery already. The back is designed to be opened with special tools so you cannot do it yourself making it a bit more costly.
Summary: I ordered this and another watch. Both orders were processed and delivered on time. The watch above is the one I wear and it is exactly what I ordered. It has a very strong masculine look and feel. The exterior elements are very handsome and easy on the eyes. The interior movements of the watch are simple to set and operate. I would defiantly buy this item again (if I had to.
Summary: Purchased the watch because: 1) Looked like a great deal; 2) Has great reviews; and, 3)Watch looks sharp. However, the watch does not work well, has died three time in 90 days. Further, the watch strap is VERY uncomfortable and tends to make you happy to remove the watch. Last but not least Casio has never respond to any requests for hel..nor as Amazon (THANK YOU AMAZON for not even a e-mail response). My strong recommendation: SKIP IT.
Summary: I really like these Casio dive watches. This is my 3rd one. I like that the analog dial is easy to read and the digital stopwatch-calendar-alarm comes in very handy. It's rugged and looks great. The lack of lighting and the need to replace the band and battery every few years are minor issues.
Summary: This watch was exactly what I was looking for: a waterproof casual weekend watch that wouldn't break the bank. I've been wearing it on and off for three months and find it comfortable and easily readable....however it doesn't work. Quite frequently the analog portion seems to stop...just stop. I reset it to current time and it will work for a while, but then it will simply stop again. The digital clock in the center of the dial keeps great time, but not as visible.
Summary: I have owned this watch for several weeks and am thoroughly pleased with it. I prefer an analog display but also appreciate the digital information this watch provides. These features are combined in a clean, asthetically pleasing design that is easy to read under various conditons. I replaced the original watch band with a more flexible fabric "military" style one that offers a bit more comfort and security from loss.
Summary: Pretty good for the money. In Australia, it cost about 3 times more :( I would recommend this anyone. Light option would be good and that's only negative point. I wear it when swim, it's perfect.
