Summary: First let me say to the reviewer who thinks the strap too small - you're reviewing the wrong watch or you're wearing in on the wrong body part. I have average wrists, just over 7", and I only use half the holes even for quite a slack fit. I collect nice watches, but this is what I wear every day. Unarguable: it's near-indestructible, radio time sync is flawless, it has more features than most people will ever use (five alarms, one a snooze for example).
50 years later I may not be here, but this watch will be

Summary: This is simply the best watch I've ever had. It is solar powered so it has 'eco' credentials. It gets radio controlled atomic clock signals so the time is super accurate. The UK atomic clock is the most accurate in the world hence I am very pleased to have the most accurate time on my wrist :) The watch as the name suggests is super durable, it has a beautiful display with a nice rectangular red line that highlights the solar panel.
Summary: I have it for 10 days now.I got it at £ directly from Amazon. I have two Tag Heuer in my collection but this is simply a great addition, although being a less expensive watch. Its good for running/training and for the office too. Simple, smart & love the retro look.
Summary: ..............lets this down. Tough Solar - great, Waveceptor - great (and a great combination) Multi alarms and all the Casio features - great BUT, BUT, BUT - US calendar (month/day) this let's it down from an overall should-have-been 5 star. Casio have provided interchangeable month/day - day/month format on other watches, why not here?
Summary: This retro G shock watch is just awesome!!!! I need a tough watch for work as my previous "cheapie" Casio's last about 18 months - so I decided to put the G Shock reputation to the test. I also have a soft spot for the retro looking watches too. I am so impressed with this watch. Super tough, solar powered (but can withstand 2 weeks of being in a dark locker and still battery indicator says HIGH!
Summary: As it had been a while since I had added to my watch collection, I thought I might treat myself to an inexpensive radio-signal controlled watch. Quite a bit of research later, this watch seemed to fit the bill, with the additional benefit of solar power and at the remarkably low price (£45)from Amazon.
Summary: The classic G-Shock with the added benefit of solar power and radio controlled timekeeping. This is quite a subtle G-Shock and sits nicely on the wrist, I had a bigger G-Shock before which seemed to get in the way all the time but this one is much better. When reasonably priced watches exist that are 100% accurate and powered by daylight it begs the question 'why buy a watch that isn't solar powered and radio controlled?!
Summary: Excellent watch. It will last for years, will never display the wrong time and automatically lights up. My favourite bit appears in the instruction where Casio states that after the year 2099, the watch will no longer automatically update the date. You cannot go wrong with this watch for timeless style, accurate, easy to read, practical, functional. The list goes on. Enjoy.
