Summary: Unbelievable deal and couldn't be happier. The service was incredible, as well as the product. My husband picked out this product at Sam's Club when we were on vacation. I bought it through Amazon at a much better price and it was easy as can be. Thanks so much!
Summary: Was looking for a nice dressy, clean, Submariner/Seamaster like watch. Was looking at the Invicta 8926OB and Casio Ani-Digi. The Casio and Invicta were both cheap quality, so I chose the Bulova (whis is an American brand since 1875, which is a BIG plus). So I chose this one, it's great! Pros: - Heavy. - Very accuarate Japanese quartz movment (keeps very good time). - Much higher quality than Invicta and Casio. - Tight rotating bezel. - Band extender for a dive suit.
Summary: This is a very nice watch, but just advice if anyone is looking at this because they're looking for a watch that looks like the Rolex Submariner like I was. The black bezel is a little duller on this and doesn't have that deep silver dish around the face, plus the red second hand i wasn't a fan of. I ended up getting the Invicta Men's 8926OB watch for a fraction of the price and its looks exactly like my fake rolex submariner..ha.
Summary: Great Dive/Dress watch I am very happy with the purchase Pros Handsome face takes cues from the Rolex Submariner but has its own distinctive characteristics Screw down crown for extra reassurance underwater Double down clasp to make sure it wont fall off Wet suite extension built into strap. Fantastic! Unidirectional bezel for a backup to your dive computer.
Summary: I have had this watch a little less than a week but am very happy with it. I bought it at Sam's Club as a marked down return, normal price is $187 but it had been marked down several times to $61 what a great buy. I have a Hamilton movement military wind up watch (1968) which I love but am having problems getting it repaired. It needs a mainspring, the repair will be around $100. Considered an Invicta but am very happy with this Bulova.
Summary: I was looking for a submariner style watch w/ a quartz movement, and surprisingly that can be hard to find. I had an Invicta that I liked, but after only 2 months of ownership it stopped working. I found the Marine Star here at Amazon and decided to give it a try based on the positive reviews. I'm glad I did...I love this watch. It is incredibly well constructed. It feels substantial, but not overly heavy or large.
Summary: This is my second Bulova watch. Honestly I think they offer one of the best values in watches. The watch looks great, is of high quality construction, and keeps good time. I like the simplicity of the watch with date (vs. multiple chronograph dials embedded in the watch face). That way there is less to go wrong. My last Bulova watch is over 10 years old, and I wore it every day. It's seen a tough life, and it still keeps time well.
Summary: This Bulova Marine Star watch can be casual and dressy at the same time. It shows quality! It is simple in design, elegant and easy to wear with any fashion. It may not be their top-of-the-line, but it keeps perfect time, looks great and would make a great addition to any collection or a good start to one. Bulova is quality and they like to show it! It would also make a great gift!
Summary: I found this watch after starting a search for a fairly inexpensive diving watch that was somewhat reminiscent of a Submariner but not one of the numerous homages and clones. I was hesitant about purchasing this timepiece because I'm typically not a fan of polished links on the bracelet and I thought that the wave pattern on the dial was too prominent.
