Summary: I have had this watch now for over a year and I still get compliments from people that may have even complimented me on it before. It has a very nice appeal to it. In case you did not notice, it is a FULLY mechanical watch. This means you must wind it up. Period. If you take it off for a few days when you pick it up you will need to wind it up. However, it is a self winder which is cool. So as long as your wearing it you never have to wind it.
Summary: This bulova watch is far nicer in person then shown in pictures. It has a reasonably large size compared to most luxury watches outside of Hamilton. The viewing window in the back is a nice touch it let's you see most of the internals; furthermore the watch band is easy to adjust and very unique for a leather band. So far the watch is to the minute with my other quartz movement time pieces.
Summary: This was a great value, especially for a Bulova. It is a very nice midrange model if you are starting to get into automatic watches. The watch itself is extremely elegant, and gets numerous comments from my coworkers. The face at first looked large, but after a few hours it looks just right. The design is elegant, the open window of the gears is a beautiful touch. Performance wise I have not had any problems. The Miyota movement has been perfect.
Summary: This is a great watch. It looks and feels great on your wrist. It's a little big when you first look at it but after you wear it for a day you'll love the look. It's a great classy look for the money. The only thing that is a little disappointing is that it does not have the date. Not sure why they choose to omit that feature but still is a solid watch.
Summary: I've been looking for a nice watch ever since I graduated college and had a couple, but nothing that had that wow factor or made me really happy until I got this in the mail. Man this thing's got swagg! The size is perfect for me. It's on the bigger side, but not obnoxiously large at all. Weight is on point. It's not heavy like an invicta I had, but a bit heavier than a digital watch. It's definitely something I could wear everyday without being uncomfortable.
Summary: This watch is just beautiful. I am not a huge collector or afficianado of watches but when I recieved the package and opened it up I knew I got the right one. When I first opened the box up I was suprised at how big of a watch it was. I saw the dimensions on Amazon but it was larger than I was expecting. But I'm with that. It's not so large that it looks like a rappers piece of bling. It's just large enough to make a statement. The band that the watch has is wonderful.
Summary: I'm 60 years old and have been wearing a wristwatch since I was 18. I've worn Timex,Hamilton, Seiko, Omega, Rolex and Bulova wristwatches. I wear my watches 24/7 and I am rough on my watches. I owned the 96A111 for a week now and it has performed well. I haven't worn it in the shower yet as it has a leather wrist band. I've played golf and tennis with it on and was caught in a rain storm out on the golf course.
Summary: Nice and elegant design with an "opened heart" dial and crystal back. Goes well in casual and business occasions. Excelent price/quality relation for a mechanical automatic watch. Reliable japanese movement to run many years. I bought this watch as a gift for a friend and both him and his wife loved it at first sight.
