Outstanding Customer Service

Summary: I tried this watch on @ Macy's the other day and thought it was the perfect watch for a guy like me (6'2 240 lbs). My GF found it here for 40% off the retail price and ordered it for my B-day. She asked me to check the status of the order and I noticed that the watch went from $252 to $222. Since the watch hadn't been delivered yet I decided to call Amazon and see if they would credit the difference. My customer service rep didn't hesitate to do so.
Summary: This watch is wonderful, is one of my favorites and brand presence anywhere you go. It's a great watch with a rubber strap pleasant to use. Sensational cost-benefit considering I paid around $ 250. I recommend!
Summary: Ordered it for myself as an early xmas/bday gift and I bought it during the 'watch super savings and next day free shipping'...what a steal, I mean deal!!! Very satisfied with the purchase. I have been eyeballing this thing at the jeweler's for some time now. So glad I waited to purchase it for much less than the $425 that it retails for. It is a bit big, but I prefer my watches (face and band) that way.
Summary: I bought a brand new watch and wasn't lucky with my purchase because one of the push bottons was falling a part so I had to send it back to Amazon. Fortunatelly I received the money back but what I was expecting was my watch. I really feel unsafe to make a new purchase with high values because I had a bad experience and it was my first time buying at Amazon.
Summary: I knew when I bought this watch that it was going to be a big piece, I had seen it on display at a store at a retail price for over 400 dollars, got mine on this site for just a little over 230 and when I got mine and tried it on I realized that this is a lot of watch! Now don't get me wrong I'm over six feet tall so this watch doesn't look too big for my arm but it's the biggest one I own, the heaviest too, but I love it, it can be confused easily with a Bvlgari or...
Summary: This is a great watch! It's accurate, elegant, stylish and well worth $250. So why do I dislike it? Well the only reason is it has a mineral crystal and NOT Sapphire cyrstal which means the watch glass WILL scratch with just a minor use. Mine did! Spend a little more and get a Saphire crystal watch.
Summary: This is one of my favorite watches. Looks great. The rubber strap is a bit tough to take off, but I like the fact that it doesn't permanently crease or bend the way leather straps do. When you zero the chronograph, it sometimes misses the 12 position by a few seconds, but no harm done. If you need more accurate timekeeping, then get a digital chronograph. I love the weight on it, and the fact that it wears big. Looks subtle, but people will notice it.
Summary: The Marine Star model wristwatch lives up to Bulova's history and rock solid reputation. Good looking, masculine and eye catching with coppertone highlights on a black dial. Bit heavy, but knew I'd get used to it. Would buy again from The Watch Co. Absolutely the lowest price anywhere and wicked fast shipping. A 66th pre-Father's Day gift to myself. Live your dreams NOW!
