Summary: " My previous washers have been Maytag and Kenmore top loaders and matching dryers which I feel lack in the spin cycles rpms. The dryers were always needing repair and I feel even the large capacity dryers have trouble keeping up with extra damp clothes, )our dryer vents 10 feet up from the basement with two angle joints which adds to a drying problem(. So, I focused my w/d search on a frontload washer that had at least 1400 rpms.
Pros: Water is spun out of clothes, dryer dries FAST! Enjoy the many different cycle options/steam touch-up on dryer a plus.
Summary: This machine uses very little water and very little soap--great for my septic system. Controls are easy to use. It "auto-senses" the load size so you don't control the amt of water but that means it's also adjusting the wash time so it can very but the clothes always come out clean and ready for the dryer (not too wet). It's been in use for about 6 weeks so time will tell how it stands up but for now it's great--no regrets.
