Conclusion: I'm sorry I ever bought this washing machine. I researched it thoroughly before I purchased it. Every time I use iit I never know whether it's going to shut down or not. I'm used to doing a load of whites with bleach (towels, underwear and socks). You can't put large towels in with small underwear and socks - the machine shuts down. If items in the wash are not similar in size and weight the machine shuts down.
Problematic Unit, poor experience with factory service

Conclusion: Having read the other review of the machine, I felt that it was a good unit. On paper , the wash has alot to offer. Unfortunately, our particular washer has been plagued with issues. It seems that it cannot wash a small load of towels, it has difficulty balancing the load for the spin cycle, and will get caught up in a repeated cycle of "sensing/adjusting" the load. it can take up to 3 hours to wash 3 bath towels.
Conclusion: I purchased this washer about 6 months ago, I was replacing my stackable washer that I had for over 15 years. I bought this 4.3 cu. to save time and eliminate multiple wash cycles unfortunatly it does not support more then 6 bath towels at one time and the wash cycle is an 1 hour & 28 minutes, which defeats the save time !!
Pros: Energy Efficiency
Cons: Sound Level, Ease of Use, Value, Features, Performance, Cleanability
Conclusion: We purchased this washer 8 months ago and have had nothing but trouble. Each load that we wash has items that come out with holes in them as if they have been burned. We now have had a repair man out three times for this problem and it continues to happen. I will never buy another Whirlpool appliance.
